When in town, you wanna try Xiao Long Bao (Chinese steamed bun)! Try Xi Yang Yang! It is founded 4 years ago and one of the famous Taiwanese restaurants in Yangon. It is popular for its hygienic foods and good atmosphere. All the bowls and plates they user are safety hygienic tableware sets. Pork Xiao Long Bao, Pork Shrimp Xiao Long Bao and Shrimp Shiao Mai (Chinese dumpling) are the most popular dishes of Xi Yang Yang. They are stuffed with minced meat and eaten with their special sour sauce with ginger. Their Xiao Long Bao is a kind of soup dumpling which is so juicy and taste so Asian. Many other kinds of dumplings are available too. If I need to point out one of my favorite, I will say Scallion Pancake and Fried White Radish Patty. They have royal customers from Japan, China and also locals. There are four outlets in Yangon: Sanchaung branch (very 1st shop), Yankin branch (shop 2), St. John City Mall branch (shop 3) and Nawaddy Branch (newly opened).
