Hsipaw Resort is located in Thipaw (Hsipaw), a peaceful town in Northern Shan State and the new rising trekking capital of Myanmar which was once a Shan Royal City. The resort is located in the Old Hsipaw Shan Village on the eastern bank of the Dokhtawady River. It offers 28 comfortable river view en-suite rooms located in 14 duplex bungalows. Guests are provided with complimentary boat transfer (two minutes boat ride) to the other bank of the river on request. The rooms are separated from each other by an empty space and two brick walls to ensure comfort, privacy, and silence for the guests. All rooms can be arranged as doubles or twins.
