999 Shan Noodle Shop offers reasonably priced local cuisine of Shan province in Yangon. It is on 34th Street which is also an Indian town street about 5 minutes walk from Sule Pagoda. The popular restaurant which continues from 1978 is always crowded with many customers, and if you experience the atmosphere of local restaurant in Myanmar, it is the so recommendation restaurant at first.

“Shan Khauk Swe” the representative of Shan food, is the best recommendation food of this shop, and mostly customers who visit are ordering. You can enjoy several ways of eating, such as five types of noodles, four types of eating such as include soup and exclude soup, ingredients of chicken or pork. (About 2,000 Kyat) Fried Tofu is also famous. It fits beer and sake, but 999 Shan Noodle Shop does not serve liquor alcohol. (1,200 Kyat)
