by the British artist, Edmund De Waal. The more the information technology (IT) is enhancing and evolving day by day, or even second by second, the better the platform towards the global village. According to the statistics, tourist arrivals in Myanmar increased to 316677 in December from 316267 in November of 2017. (Trading Economics, n.d.) Not only people wants to visit Myanmar, even some who come to work and call Myanmar their “home”.
Myanmar (Burma) is well-known for many famous wonders and indeed for the tranquility and hospitality of the locals. Every foreigner visited Myanmar will sure remember “Mingalarbar” and “Kyay Zuu Tin Pah Dal”.

History of Burmese language

Burmese language belongs to the Lolo-Burmese sub branch of the Tibeto-Burmese branch of the Sino-Tibetan language family. Looking back to the past, Burmese language includes many complex combination of words adopted from Pali and Mon which are the earliest ethnic groups enriched in heritages such as traditions, cultures and languages indeed. Not only form Pali and Mon, words such as “driver”, “director” and “computer” are directly adopted from European languages including English, French, Dutch and Portuguese. However, Burmese language has a grammar and syntax quite unlike those of western languages.
