This restaurant is the recommending place for the noodle lovers. As it’s a Kachin traditional restaurant, Noodle soup base are mainly cooked in Kachin style. I recommend Spicy Beef Noodle Soup with Sticky Noodles. It’s the most delicious and in great demand among the customers. That made with tender stewed beef, heaps of dried chilies, mint and fragrant herbs. Kachin style soup base is perfect match with the lightly fried dumplings with grounded chicken and vegetables. If you want to try more of other Kachin foods, Herbal tea eggs is a must. They offer some kinds of Kachin drinks and some flavorful ice cream (I recommend Coconut taste) too. It is the only one shop in town which offers the Kachin specialties. This shop is a little small but you will feel satisfied by the taste of Kachin cuisines they offer.

If you’re vegetarian and don’t want to miss out on the fun, you could order the vegetable noodle soup. Eaten with the side chili and cabbage pickle it’s quite enjoyable, even if it doesn’t quite reach the heights of its beefy counterpart.

Authentic Kachin food

In this restaurant, I can get authentic Kachin taste food and juices with fair prices. Their Kachin Noodle soup is one of my favorites. Both owner and waiters are sweet and kind. Highly recommended for Kachin food.
