It is an Italian style café with European style decoration and serves the delicious food, wine and coffee. The decoration of Café Dibar is simple, cozy, clean and modernized. All the staffs are polite and offer the good services. They can speak English well so the foreign customers don’t need to worry about the language problem. It is famous for wine and the café also has salads, fresh ocean catch, pastas, pizzas, baked rice and many more. It also has diversities of drinks choices such as wine beer, cold drinks, coffee, ice-cream and desserts. It is about 10 minute walk from Myanmar People Park. Smoking is not allowed inside the shop but you can smoke outside or at the smoking area.

I had an amazing dinner here last time. That staff were so friendly and absolutely lovely. Made me feel so at home and clearly has great relationships with their customers, treats you like family. The atmosphere was lively and relaxed. We mains that I ordered were sizeable and absolutely delicious. The desserts were also to die for. I loved it so much, and demolished it within seconds. I also loved the drink recommendations. There was such a great variety, and were given such excellent advice what I might like. Highly recommend.
