Golden Crab House Restaurant was opened in 2016 at 9 miles, Insein Township. It is a little far from the downtown area, but the local customers and foreign customers go all the ways to there just to enjoy the delicious seafood. The customer can enjoy both Burmese crabs and imported crabs from Japan, Taiwan, Thai, China and Korea. So, you can try various kinds of seafood dishes in there. They offer not only seafood but also the Chinese and Thai style dishes. It has two floors: the ground floor is for normal customers and also has VIP rooms. The first floor can be used for the weddings, parties and ceremonies. The menu price might be a little expensive but you will be satisfied with what you pay. The restaurant compound is wide and you don’t need to worry about the car parking.

A must. Probably one of the better meals I had in Yangon

As a food lover, I will always try all manner of food from different cuisines. This was a modest restaurant with a homely eating house interior which I loved. Very modest, humble but clean and efficient. The decorations around the restaurant gives it a nice ambiance. I had some Chinese meat dishes with rice. It was so good and so affordable. I even ordered a second portion as it was so good. Cost me less than I thought including drinks. I would love to go again. Next time I will try other items on the menu.
